PBA Endorsement Program - PBA has launched an endorsement program for specific construction programs offered by secondary schools. Endorsed programs will include carpentry, electrical occupations, plumbing, masonry and heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Skill sets for each trade area were determined using standards developed by the National Association of Home Builders.
