Kevin Zimmerman Habitat/Builders Award - The Bricks & Sticks Golf Committee
The Builders Association of Central Pennsylvania and Habitat for Humanity of Greater Centre County present the 2009 Kevin Zimmerman Award. This is the 2nd part of an award dedicated to the memory of our friend and BACP past President Kevin Zimmerman. The award is given in recognition for service to both the Builders Association and Habitat for Humanity.

The recipient this year is a group of people who have committed a tremendous amount of time and energy to both organizations. Beginning in January for the past six years this group has come together and has worked for eight straight months to organize an event that brings fellowship to the participants and necessary funds to both organizations. Over the six years this event has raised nearly $100,000 (this is the net figure) for the two organizations and continues to grow in size and scope each year. The event could not happen without the dedication and determination of these fantastic volunteers.
